General Rules for Visiting Degtyarnye Bani

These rules are intended to ensure safe and comfortable conditions for all guests of the Degtyarnye Bani complex. By using the services of the complex, the guest confirms that they have read and accepted these rules in full.

Admission to the Complex

• When booking a bath class, the guest provides their name and contact phone number.
• To receive services, the guest pays for the booked time at reception and receives an electronic bracelet key for a locker or room.
• Outdoor clothing must be left in the wardrobe area. Bath slippers or non-slip footwear are required.
• Guests must maintain cleanliness and comply with hygiene standards in all areas of the complex.

The Following Is Prohibited

• Bringing or storing weapons, flammable, toxic or glass items on the premises.
• Using strong cosmetics, scrubs, oils, tinctures or hair dyes in steam rooms and wet areas without approval.
• Bringing your own food or drinks into the complex.
• Entering the cafe area without clothing or in wet clothing.
• Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, anywhere inside the complex or on adjacent territory.
• Taking photo or video of other guests without their consent.
• Using glassware, food, or strongly scented products in the steam rooms, hammam, or washing areas.
• Preparing the steam room independently; this is done only by the bathhouse specialists.

Restriction or Refusal of Access

• Administration may refuse or limit access in the event of rule violations.
• Access may be denied if the guest has medical contraindications or a condition that could endanger themselves or others.
• If the guest is more than 15 minutes late or fails to appear on the day of service, access may be refused.
• In such cases, the prepayment is retained to cover the provider’s actual costs.

Payment

Services are paid for according to the current price list unless otherwise specified by a certificate, subscription, or separate agreement. Late arrival may reduce the actual service time while the full service price remains payable.
